Our factory at Plot No. 405/376, UP Compound, Jajmau, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India runs an integrated line from hide selection to export packing — one roof, one quality standard, full traceability.
The Production Line
Seven Departments, One Standard
01
Hide Selection & Grading
Every production run starts at the hide table. Full grain buffalo hides are inspected for grain integrity, thickness consistency and finish quality; hides that fail grading never reach the cutting floor.
02
Cutting Department
Patterns are nested to maximise panel quality, not just yield — stress panels come from the tightest sections of the hide. Precision clicker presses and hand cutting for complex silhouettes.
03
Skilled Stitching
Our stitching floor pairs industrial flat-bed and cylinder-arm machines with artisans trained on leather, not fabric. Stitch density, thread tension and needle selection are specified per product.
04
Assembly & Hardware
YKK zippers, rust-proof studs, buckles and rings are fitted with reinforced anchor points. Handles and straps are load-tested designs proven across two decades of production.
05
Edge Finishing
Edges are skived, folded, inked or burnished to specification. Finishing is where premium is won or lost — it gets its own department and its own inspection gate.
06
Quality Inspection
Inline checks at every stage plus a final piece-by-piece inspection against an agreed AQL standard. Defects are pulled, documented and root-caused — not shipped.
07
Export Packing & Warehouse
Dust bags, moisture barriers, carton engineering and palletisation matched to your 3PL. Goods are staged in our warehouse and photographed before dispatch.
